In house quality measurement and control is assigned to trained individuals who closely monitor production at every stage of manufacturing. Every incoming and 31 Inc. mixed batch is tested against predetermined standards. The standards have been proven by many years of successful product performance in the field. Raw materials as well as finished products are tested in 31 Inc's. modern lab, which contains various pieces of "high tech" equipment including a variety of special test equipment developed and used exclusively by 31 Inc. Controlled and reported properties include tensile strength, modulus, elongation, hardness, specific gravity, viscosity and cure rate. These properties and characteristics are essential in establishing and maintaining consistently high quality production.
