Hi,
I had a problem a few weeks ago, with a faulty valve. I called and you were so great to overnight a new valve (with extras), and to talk to the repair shop as well. Those guys were also good about re-installing the rear valves on all of my tires, so they were across from each other, vs. coming out of the same hole. I took my first trip of the season (1,500+miles) with no problems.
Thank you so much for the great service, and standing behind your product. It meant a lot to me to get this resolved.
